UNH's Institute on Disability (IOD) runs dozens of
programs, demonstration projects, seminars, conferences and workshops,
and publishes a wide variety of information in pamphlets and books. The
institute's newest project, announced in July 2000, is a $5 million
collaborative agreement between two federal agencies and the institute
to conduct a national demonstration on housing and financial access.
Some of the IOD's other projects:

Autism in Natural Settings); Partnerships for Educational Innovations;
Inclusion Facilitator Training Program; Equity and Excellence in Higher
Education.
Policy Development: National Clearinghouse on Welfare
Policy and Disability; the National Clearinghouse on Managed Care and
Long-Term Services and Support for Adults with Developmental
Disabilities and Their Families (MCARE).
