Videographer Christian Wisecarver '00 posted a Jay-Z rap parody called "Granite State of Mind" on YouTube (http://tiny.cc/UNH-Granite) that at last count had been watched 1,388,276 times. Featured on the "Today Show" on April 4, the video extols the state's quirky charms and may be the first to incorporate a Robert Frost poem into a rap song. Wisecarver, who lives in Hampstead, N.H., with his wife, Sarah Goodson Wisecarver '00, and their two children, makes "these flicks in my spare time with my comedy rap group, The Super Secret Project."
