"A beacon and blueprint for all" is how a new book, The Sustainable Learning Community: One University's Journey to the Future, is described by Paul Epstein, a Harvard Medical School doctor. The book was edited by UNH Provost Bruce Mallory, UNH Chief Sustainability Officer Tom Kelly and UNH natural resources and the environment professor John Aber, who is a newly appointed University Professor, the university's highest form of recognition for excellence in teaching, scholarship and engagement.
